The company, which filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, estimated its assets and liabilities to be between $100 million and $500 million. Its subsidiaries Genesis Global Capital LLC and Genesis Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd has also filed for bankruptcy protection, the filing said.
