Amazon Founder Jeff Bezos sold almost three million shares worth $ 665.8 million for two days in July, showed a regulatory presentation on Tuesday.
The sale of shares is part of a plan announced earlier this year that will see Bezos download up to 25 million Amazon shares until May 2026.
Bezos, who resigned as CEO of Amazon in 2021, sold $ 736.7 million in stock during the last days of June. It still has more than 900 million Amazon shares, valued at about $ 200 billion.
The last sale of shares occurs shortly after the high profile wedding of Bezos of $ 50 million with Lauren Sánchez in Venice with a list of famous guests, including Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, several Kardashians and Leonardo Dicaprio.
Bezos remains the biggest shareholder of Amazon, where he is still president.
